This was always a kid favorite. I remember when my daughter was in grammar school one of her friends stayed for dinner and the next day her mom called me up for the recipe. So easy, so cheesy, so good!
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Eggs
- Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Swiss Cheese
- Milk
Place chicken between a folded piece of plastic wrap. Pound to about 1/2 inch thickness, I use my wooden rolling pin. Dredge chicken in the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray and spray the top of the chicken to aid browning. Put under the broiler to brown, turning to brown other side.
Move chicken to a casserole pan and add soup that has been mixed with a half can of milk. Top with Swiss cheese. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
