I tried them and it says the same thing.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

I don’t think they have their RSS enabled. It is just a bunch of gibberish on the links lol

  These two feeds are associated with your browser, do you have that enabled on your end? When I click on them, my microsoft feed comes up, not giving me a choice as to what browser I want it to go to.
