I must apologize to those who may be checking in to see what new things have been fixed up lately and haven't found any new content in months.  The truth is I'm sick and have been for a long time.  If I had known that my health was going to take a turn for the worse, I would have put off starting the blog in the first place. I've been focusing on fixing me up.

I could of written many posts on different health topics as I study about my problems but that is not the direction I wanted my blog to go.  Who wants to read about a whining middle aged woman's health scares and challenges when they wanted to read how the artichokes fared in the garden?  I know I wouldn't.

So please bear with me and I promise to come back with some appealing posts that everyone will like.  I'm trying to be hopeful for a healthier future and more productive new year.
